Sinbad el Varado, Bitácora de Febrero, a poem in 28 steps by Mexican poet Gilberto Owen (1904 – 1952), my maternal grandfather, inspired this artist´s book project. The images were created as an accompaniment to the songs of love and loss in the travels of Sindbad the Sailor.
